Sculptural ceramic hare by Lotta Kvist

Studio · Smygehamn, Sweden

Sculptural ceramics,
quietly composed.

Statement

Each work is hand-built in stoneware or porcelain. One of a kind, made slowly, shaped in dialogue with the material. Form, surface, and a quiet narrative, held in balance.

The Artist

A quiet observer.
A storyteller in clay.

Lotta Kvist is a Swedish ceramic artist working with sculptural objects in stoneware and porcelain. Through a slow, hands-on process she explores form, surface, and silent narratives in constant dialogue with the clay.

The hare appears as a recurring motif, held between stillness and movement, presence and symbol. No two works are alike; each carries its own quiet identity.
